Returns & Refund Policy
Because our products are sold strictly for laboratory research use, we cannot guarantee research outcomes. Additionally, due to the potential for degradation if products are improperly handled or stored, we are unable to resell items that have been in a purchaser’s possession.
If you experience an issue with a product, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. Approved returns are eligible for:
- Refund minus original shipping charges
- Exchange for product of equal or lesser value
