PRODUCT HANDLING AND SAFETY

INDEMNIFICATION

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

The customer further agrees that any material created, modified, or produced using products purchased from Axion Research will not be adulterated, misbranded, or marketed in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) or any similar regulations.
TSCA NOTICE

RESEARCHER RESPONSIBILITY

Any request for usage instructions outside of lawful laboratory research may result in refusal of service and cancellation of the order.
MISUSE AND ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
Any communication, inquiry, or behavior suggesting that products will be used for human consumption, animal injection, recreational use, or any non-research purpose may result in:
- immediate cancellation of orders
- refusal of future sales
- permanent account restrictions
- notification sent to the customer
